§ 20.08.050. Permit—Application.

An applicant for a grubbing or grading permit shall first file an application in writing with the department of public works and waste management. Each application shall:
A.

Describe by tax key or street address the land on which the proposed work is to be done;

B.

State the estimated dates for the starting and completion of the grubbing or grading work;

C.

Show the name of the permittee who shall be responsible for the correctness of the work and for requesting the inspections required in this chapter.
