§ 20.08.140. Permit—Bond—Conditions.

A.

The amount of the bond shall be in an amount as determined by the director which shall be sufficient to cover the costs of completion of grading, construction of drainage improvements, and implementation of erosion control measures.

B.

The bond shall be subject to the condition that the permittee shall:

1.

Comply with all the terms and conditions of the grading permit to the satisfaction of the director;

2.

Complete all of the work authorized under the permit within the time limit specified in the permit.
