§ 20.08.070. Grubbing permit submittal requirements.

An applicant for a grubbing permit shall furnish a plot plan showing the location, the property boundaries, and the minimum bmps under the provisions of section 20.08.035 to prevent dust and soil erosion by wind and water and any other information as may be required by the director.
