§ 20.08.200. Fill slopes.

Under the following soil conditions, no fill may be steeper in slope than the ratio of its horizontal to its vertical distance as shown below:
A.

One and one half horizontal to one vertical in rock and clay mixture;

B.

Two horizontal to one vertical in sandy and clayey soils.
