§ 20.08.180. Horizontal terraces or benches.

Where a cut or fill is greater than fifteen feet in height, horizontal terraces or benches shall be constructed at vertical intervals of fifteen feet. The minimum width of such horizontal terraces or benches shall be at least eight feet wide.
