§ 20.08.170. Waiver of certain requirements.

The requirements of sections 20.08.180, 20.08.190, and 20.08.200 may be waived by the director after the permittee submits an engineer's report substantiating the stability of the cut or fill slopes without complying with any of the requirements therein.
